Fenix Youth Project Inc. is hosting auditions for the Creativity For Social Change Talent Show in conjunction with the closing reception of inFORMATION: Black Culture in Contemporary Art, taking place Friday, November 4, 2016, 7:30pm

SU Galleries is celebrating their new location in this inaugural series of provocative and inquisitive artist projects, performances, screenings and talks that engage the Salisbury Community in activities that initiate dialogue about race. This series offers new perspectives to the ongoing conversation of identity in contemporary art and society. 

Auditions:

Participants will be asked to perform a piece that would initiate dialogue concerning race. Family Event, so please No Profanity. 

Limit performance time to 5-7 minutes. 

Age Groups: Youth (12-17) Young Adults ( 18-21)

Competition: 

Members of the FYP Talent Show Committee will serve as judges during the Auditions. 

Though, both the Youth and Young Adult Winners of the Talent Show are picked by the audience.

Depending on number of participants, there may be an elimination round.
