Having some knowledge or experience in policy development and execution is also valuable, though not required. Also valuable are: knowledge of the local community; ability to analyze information; clear communication skills.
What is the selection process?
Applications will be reviewed by Fenix Youth Project's Senior Management Team on a rolling basis. Finalists may be asked to participate in a brief interview in August 2018. Members will be selected and the committee will meet for the first time in September 2018.
