Braid & Empower is a Hair Me Out segment that's a hands-on workshop led by local stylists and braiders in the community and teaches young girls how to do various skills needed when caring for natural and textured hair. These workshops not only create a space to learn how to style natural hair but also engage in conversations that motivate and empower young girls to embrace themselves and their hair.
