Volunteer Training for Youth & Adult Dialogue Facilitators

This training equips volunteers with the skills to facilitate meaningful, inclusive conversations between youth and adults. Participants will learn dialogue techniques, active listening, conflict resolution, and strategies for fostering mutual understanding. The goal is to create safe spaces where intergenerational voices are heard, valued, and empowered to work collaboratively toward shared goals.
